support all possible Unicode emoji characters

Hello Team,

Is that possible to support Unicode emoji characters as described here: http://www.unicode.org/emoji/charts/emoji-list.html

I think Rust has a package to support all of them.

Hello @jianshu93 If this is still relevant for you, I have made my version of the Emoji library publicly available. This version supports all emojis at the link, as well as modifications taking into account skin color, etc.
