Faced issues while trying to compose the Docker image from the base Osgeo image (small version) (ghcr.io/osgeo/gdal:ubuntu-small-latest) on 14/11/2024 with 400 Bad Request at the installation of nodejs and npm. Three consecutive attempts did not work.
After that, the same Docker configuration has been built on 15/11/2024 without any issues (the size of Docker image is 2.16 GB).

Meanwhile, the full Docker image (ghcr.io/osgeo/gdal:ubuntu-full-latest) has been successfully built in all cases, but occupied much more space (3.82 GB).

To reproduce it:

  • download and install Docker
  • run docker-compose up in command line
Path to the base image is defined in Dockerfile.

Specifications:
Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.22631.4317]
Docker Desktop 4.35.1 (173168)
Version: 27.3.1
API version: 1.47
Go version: go1.22.7
Git commit: ce12230
Built: Fri Sep 20 11:42:27 2024
OS/Arch: windows/amd64
Context: desktop-linux
