Describe what you're trying to do

Make some light updates to the media UI. Anyone have anything to add to the list before sending this to dev?

From ArctosDB/arctos#8598

• in edit: clarify 'remove' (or similar) for relationships, labels, reserve 'delete' for removing media altogether
• in the popup create thing
  • upgraded from the ambiguous and confusing media_id (1) to a clear and unambiguous mediaID (https://arctos.database.museum/media/1)
  • making license look required
  • clarify options for section 1, add a section 4 for Request - limit UI file upload arctos#8185
• In the record picker from the create media thing
  • update and modernize, accept GUID
