BCP170 error in sqlRoleDefinition #14278

We are using '/' in the sqlRoleDefinition resource name here :
https://github.com/Azure/azure-quickstart-templates/blob/master/quickstarts/microsoft.documentdb/cosmosdb-sql-rbac/main.bicep

This leads to BCP170 error :
