Feature Request: Add ability to turn bars into a Single Vertical Bar

Describe the problem

Preface, I am a bit older and have eyesight issues. I try my best to declutter my screen as much as possible, however as we know, there are items that are almost a necessity to play wow, and I view your addon(s) as one of them. That said, I find it extremely visually impairing with all of the bars and timers on my screen. I have been using another addon called "El Wigo" that turns Bigwigs and Littlewigs timers into a vertical timer bar. This simple yet elegant addition to your addon eliminated almost all of my visual issues. However, as the game furthers in time, and cpu and gpu usage rise, I find myself wanting to rid myself of addons as much as possible for a smoother game experience.

Request: Please integrate the vertical timer bar into Bigwigs/Littlewigs. - Eliminate the need for a separate addon
