New sub-territories created via Territory tree do not initially appear linked to Resource in Annotator (even when they are) #2528

In my testing of Annotator over the last week, I have found that when I create a new sub-territory via the territory tree (rather than in annotator itself) - that Territory does not initially appear to be linked to the Resource (so no annotator window is shown), even though the parent Territory is linked (see picture)

This corrects itself if open another sub-territory in Annotator, and then re-open the new sub-territory: then the Resource linkage is shown, and also the text in the Annotator window.

This is quite distracting from a usability perspective, since several extra clicks are required to make the linkage and annotator text appear correctly.
