Description of the problem

Because the database might differ based on what we have in CI we get different results. As we already have a database for the unit tests we can probably re-use that one and fix it against that one. Alternative is to add some pointers on which changes to make in the submit_online.bats to make it work.

For example the print tests assumes storing the files in a certain way.
