Tabby does not start under Windows 11 pro 24H2?

Hello everyone :)
I just installed Windows 11 pro 24H2 and I tried to use Tabby in portable version and then in installed x64 version problem the program starts and remains frozen either with the portable version or the installed version: tabby-1.0.221-setup-x64.exe or tabby-1.0.221-portable-x64.zip ? I have to kill the task!
I also noticed that Solar-PuTTY was not working either? Are the problems related to Windows 11?
I would like to know if other people have the same problem as me?
On the other hand everything works very well under Windows 10...
