Using larger scissor than RenderTarget can cause crash (SDL driver on iOS) #242

Somewhat related to #236

If you attempt to use a scissor rect that is larger than the render target, this can cause a crash with SDL GPU driver under iOS.

Unconfirmed as of yet if this is an issue on other platforms; strangely, macOS seems fine for me.
