Support for U+0331 requested

IBM Plex Serif lacks support for the combining diacritical mark U+0331. This mark is required to compose the characters ḇḵṯḏ, which are used in the transliteration of four letters in the Hebrew alphabet. I can work around the problem by switching to IBM Plex Sans, in which U+0331 works, at least in Apple Pages, but this only evades the issue and does not solve it.
