has

"IEEE Software","IEEE Software"

and https://github.com/JabRef/abbrv.jabref.org/blob/main/journals/journal_abbreviations_ieee.csv

has

"IEEE Software","IEEE Softw."

if abbreviation is the original, it should not come into JabRef

as today, test of JabRef/jabref#12475 failed because abbrev == full
