Identify the cause of the lag when taking a picture of the box cover/jigsaw piece and fix it

This is a known issue with the official camera package:

flutter/flutter#84957

I have changed the format of the images to jpeg which sped up the process slightly

Alternative solution - use different camera plugin:
CamerAwesome: https://pub.dev/packages/camerawesome
