During the execution of the 1999 RM45 observations (https://neoexchange.lco.global/block/21312/) at CPT-Dome C, the pointing was off by some 400" causing the target to be off the chip. As an observer who likes useful data, we should add an alert to the pipeline if the predicted target position is off (or very close) to the edge of the chip
