alpharaw --help and it showed this error as described in the title

thanks for reaching out!
Unfortunately, I could not reproduce this issue.

Could you provide more details:

  • how you installed alpharaw
  • output of pip freeze
  • python version

@zhouxiexuan can you update to the latest versions of pyteomics and pandas? it looks like you're using a version of pyteomics from back in 2022 and there may be incompatibilities
