As Node.js 4.x.x is near the end of its life and also it has been deprecated for some time in CLI, drop support for it.

Currently, in case Node.js 4.x.x is used, each CLI command prints warning that this version is deprecated.
Remove the warning and inform the user that this version is no longer supported. The command will not be executed.
