We keep forgetting to update the source code and accessory files copyright notes and modification dates. Besides being a requirement of GPL I think it's good to indicate that a file has been recently modified and is not 15 years old.
How exactly to do that (mention the author name or a generic "Qucs developers" or other) is left to each developer 😁 .
