For easy-of-use, a managed VC should be able to be configured within the corresponding Text-Channel. This will most likely be done via a dialogue with the new Discord buttons or via commands.
Alternatively, managed VCs can of course be configured in other channels but with longer commands as the VC has to be specified for every command.
