Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
In relation to #187, I want server owners to be able to migrate easily and without struggles. Servers using SQLite will notice more lag due to the nature of Disk I/O operations. Moving to PDC would make Honeypot more performant, but currently it's not easy

Describe the solution you'd like
A /honeypot migrate command to convert the two databases

Describe how this would benefit Honeypot
Easily move to PDC, a more performant storage method for Honeypot

Added this in 3.3.3 being released soon.
