Expose TableState from react-stately in react-aria-components

Provide a general summary of the issue here

The TableState interface is returned from the TableContext which is exposed, but the type only exists in react-stately.

I prefer to be able to do all imports from one package otherwise I have to start adding dependencies to sub packages.
