Describe the bug
PHP 8.4 has been released as 11/21/2024. Are there any plans to support 8.4 on the current code build images?

amazonlinux/amazon-linux-2023#844

amazon linux 2023 now offers php 8.4, could that help speed up the availability of this in codebuild?
