What are the goals of this project?

I was looking for Bazel rules for terraform module packaging and publishing when this project came to me. After digging a bit in it, it feels like the goals are not limited to terraform but also Kubernetes resources.

I wonder what are the initial goals of this project and whether it is feasible to use it for generic Terraform tasks.
