Some content seems to be missing organizational context, meaning that not everyone can edit this content

Examples

We do not know the reason for this or how much content is "affected".

The missing contexts can be re-added manually, either from the 'roles' tab in the content details, or from the 'assign contexts to content' tool in admin.

The organizational context is not set when using the copy endpoint, e.g., when copying inserted H5Ps in articles for translating purposes.
This is also missing when copying content from detail view when opening Edlib from the ed menu.

#3056 broke indexing. Copying contexts with the hub's copy button has to be solved another way.
