Add the role 'eAPD State Admin'. Add 'approve state access' to activities. State Admins should have all the same permissions as State Coordinators plus the new 'approve state access' permission.

This task is done when...

  • the eAPD State Admin role has been added
  • the approve-state-access permission activity has been added
  • the new role maps to all the required permissions
