Issue Description:

The current footer text "Etiam suscipit fringilla ullamcorper sed malesuada urna nec odio." is generic and does not align with the website's fitness theme. Update it to a more relevant message that reflects the site's purpose and mission.

Proposed Change:
Replace it with:

"Achieve your fitness goals with expert guidance, personalized plans, and a supportive community."
