The current class section contains placeholder text that does not align with the theme of a fitness website. To improve the user experience, we need to update the class titles and descriptions with relevant fitness-related content.

Tasks:

  • Modify class titles to reflect fitness-related topics.
  • Update descriptions to provide meaningful insights on different workout classes and training programs.
  • Ensure consistency in formatting and readability.
