Default log viewer is lackluster

The default log viewer Coolify uses for viewing any kind of resource is extremely lackluster. It's slow, the log streaming is even slower, and it doesn't support colored logs whatsoever. I've found that using coolify's terminal and running docker logs for the containers I look at is much better and I honestly think it should take the place of the old log viewer. The xterm.js implementation used for logs supports full color, is actual realtime, and doesn't need a defined scrollback.
