Add a way to toggle or set up univer themes via UI or css file to change primary-color and other variables.

I don't understand. https://github.com/dream-num/univer claims to already support themes. This plugin should have themes.

I have reviewed the Univer code and noticed that it currently does not support dark mode. Once dark mode is supported, I will make the necessary changes as soon as possible.
