Need to access eclipse che url(http://ip-address/dashboard) from jquery

I am trying to load http://ip-address/dashboard url from jquery but getting following error:

XMLHttpRequest cannot load http://ip-address/dashboard. Response to preflight request doesn't pass access control check: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource. Origin 'http://my-application url' is therefore not allowed access. The response had HTTP status code 401.
Reproduction Steps:

1. Load url in html div
