Cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure makes it easy to setup your own server with affordable costs. The followings show how to setup a linux server on AWS although you are welcome to use any linux server that you have access to, or setup a new server on any other cloud platform.
