if a term needs to be created in UBERON or OBA:
- use "todo" annotation
- make an issue in FOVT
- make an issue in UBERON or OBA & create term
order of terms to tackle:
1. basicranium (13 terms)
2. neurocranium (19 terms)
3. facial skeleton (53 terms)
4. von den Dreisch terms (45)

Every week we'll pick a couple of facial skeleton terms to work on to figure out a good pattern

von den Dreisch terms are specific to groups; hopefully by the end the terms will be easy as "from point A to point B" to create.
