Add the option to select rank for all taxa in the "Add several taxa" feature

I think it would be useful for users to have the chance to select a rank for all the taxa in this section, so you can do it in different batches instead of doing it one by one after using the several taxa option.

For example, in this scenario I could select “species” before hitting "Add" and it would add it automatically:
