Very nice and useful tool, Much better than dealing with IGV tracks.
One suggestion that I have is to add more than two colors. For instance, I have three groups (A, B and C) and two conditions (treated or not treated). It would be nice to set different colors for each group when plotting.
Second, is there a way to control the height of the plotted tracks as it is done with -w for the width?

Hi! There is no function to color more than two tracks yet, but I'm planning to implement this in future. As a workaround for now you could plot the tracks separately using the same y-axis scale, and then simply overlay in Illustrator or such, which is not ideal but quick.
There is no option to change the track hight, but I can implement that. Should be a quick change. Maybe I can do it over the weekend.
