[Intro to iOS] Project 1 - Review the updated EZTip

I implemented settings and was able to demonstrate the users ability to set a default tip rate and remember their preference even over a reboot of the IOS device. Also, I added a $ place-holder to the main UITextField and changed the number pad to a decimal pad, which allows the user to specify the bill to the nearest cent.

I am very excited that this time around the settings worked out for me. I had previously started implementing them and ran into issues. Thanks!
