Thank you for the feedback. Our intention was to ensure user's health records are not affected from any destructive operations made from other features such as the deletion of profile. You would observe a similar behavior from profile if you had tried to clear all records (where profile will not be affected). Any wipe out of data is regarded as a destructive user activity (i.e. deletion of profile/ clearing of all records).
However, we will take this into consideration and look into ways of syncing the records with deleting of profile. As of now, it is an intended behavior to safeguard health records from any side effects caused by the destructive action made by user.
