Remove duplicated entries in name list

Duplicated entries should be indicated by a remark (e.g. "Mustermann, Doris (2 times)"), but should be there only once.

Maybe it is possible to show a table instead of a single column name list. The first column can be the name, the second column could contain the Sosa or d'Aboville numbers of this person. If there is more than one number it is clear that this person appears more than one time in the tree (e.g. if there is Ahnenschwund).
