How to deal with required fields missing for OBIS network datasets (no nodes yet)

OBIS-USA has endorsed a few datasets that have been added to OBIS since the SG meeting that we can examine

• DMNS Marine Invertebrate Collection (Arctos)
• KUBI Ichthyology Collection
• KUBI Ichthyology Tissue Collection

After reviewing a before and after we determined that this is a helpful way for datasets published to GBIF to be harvested by OBIS

May consider changing the flag for ON_LAND so that it’s not marking species that should be on land according to WoRMS. Make the ON_LAND determination more intelligent.(e.g. Taking into account marine species in the check)
