Hello!

I am packaging this library for Debian as it is a dependency for VG.

To support this I had to make some changes to the Makefile. It would be nice if there was a standard ./configure; make; make install build system.

My patch is at https://salsa.debian.org/med-team/gcsa/blob/master/debian/patches/add_ldflags_cppflags but it is a bit Debian specific at the moment

I'm not familiar with the tools and conventions used in the ./configure; make; make install approach. Maybe I'll take the time to learn them the next time I return to GCSA2, but I don't see it happening very soon.
