Could we have a flag to force installation on popos, since it's Ubuntu-based?

This is similar to #7 where I made some suggestions. I'm happy to review PRs, but my focus is on making the changes in the archive.

FWIW changing the code locally to ignore the compatibility checks should be trivial, you could just comment out this line, then cargo run...
