Sending a pull request to add functionality that allows shifting dates using keys
[and]from the date menu.Please feel free to modify it if you have a better approach. I was contemplating whether to add also a month and week adjustment but decided in the end that this will suffice for now.
I am aware that there is the
+numfunctionality, however, it requires me to count first mentally how many days whenever I need to apply an adjustment. The suggested change will allow me to quickly adjust the dates while still seeing in the echo area what day the adjusted date will be (eg. From a Friday, move the date to the next Wednesday).
