Is this request related to a challenge you are facing?

We are currently operating a LINE account for customer service. We would like to have this account learn and integrate with an API to enable faster responses.

What is the feature you'd like to see?

We would like to add a feature that learns from past customer interactions, responds instantly on LINE, and provides solutions to problems.

How will this feature improve your workflow / experience?

This feature will reduce the time it takes to respond, allowing us to spend more time on other important tasks.

Additional context or comments

We have CSV data of past interactions. We believe that using this data to train the model will enable more accurate responses.
