Hello
I am using diffcyt and CATALYST to analyse flow data. Everything is working very well so far.
My dataset is made of samples from individuals who differ by gender but I have several time points for each individual.
Iis there a way to run a DA analyze not only by gender but also accounting for the longitudinal design . The underlying question would be something like : does the clustering evolve differently over time (i.e. aging ) between women and men?
For now, I tried lmer model outside of diffcyt but it would be nice to use your package. if not available, do you have any advices?
Thank you in advance,
