Is there an existing issue for this?

Current Behavior

A User on Discord has reported an issue about the Step Control component, where the "Disabled" steps are hoverable and clickable.
Here's the link to the Discord Thread and link to Detailed Video

Expected Behavior

Disabled Steps should not be hoverable or clickable. These should not be interact-able.

Steps to reproduce

Follow this Discord thread to reproduce this issue.

Environment

Cloud - V2.6.5
