Tags do not have a secondary access method. Create a tags directory in the media directory. This will be an automated directory which WROLPi will fill with links to tagged files on the drive.

Does VLC find caption files when opening a link file?

Example directory:

tags/Medical/video.mp4
tags/Medical/archive.html
