For unknown reasons, yEd on my machine is unstable with jre8 but works fine with adoptopenjdkjre. The package description says it depends on the latter, but the manifest specifies the former.
I'm looking forward a meta package resolving any JRE, because there are a lot of them in the catalog, and that's also why I think such meta package will be hard to maintain. Can we imagine a better way to let users have any JRE? Like, raising an error if there's no java in PATH?
In the meantime, I'm forced to install yEd without choco.
