How to add horizontal lines at certain prices (i.e. price levels) and label those prices on right-end of the lines. The prices can be passed a list like price_list = [200, 210, 220, ...]

This was already discussed in #54 @DanielGoldfarb is currently working on the implementation as indicated with the in progress tag
