What would you like to be added:
add offline mode to installation

Why is this needed:
user may have limited or no network access to internet.

Without this feature, how does the current module work:
installation is failed with no network access to internet.

Components that may involve changes:
pai/contrib/kubespray/quick-start-kubespray.sh
