Currently, when tests are being discovered and populated in the test result panel there is no icon to signal that the tests are loading into the panel. This is especially important for large repos where the user might worry about whether it is working or not. This can also help people know if their tests are discovered or if they need to redo their args so they know once discovery is finished.

The video is an example of what happens when it is loading- these are two examples one is when the extension is still loading and one is when the reload button is hit and the tests are populating.

Currently looking for ideas on what this icon could look like and if this idea in general would be useful to users.
