M3 Pro Sonoma. Is this config ok for HDR?

I tried iina and the hdr movies there look awful. i googled around and tried a few settings and settled on this. idk if the banding is ok. gpu-next when i put it in just has the app play audio only. hwdec=auto looks good but hwdec=auto-safe makes all the colors washed out. also is my debanding ok? i am not looking for anything fancy. just the basics.
