Description

The kona-node needs to come fully-featured with a nice grafana dashboard.

This makes progress towards the kona-node becoming a "one-click" production service.

strongly recommend dividing the dashboard into several smaller dashboards, one dashboard per component, since it's painful otherwise to contribute to the dashboard. each time you add a new panel to some row it usually updates the column row values for all existing panels, and creates huge diff making it hard to review. all too often contributions to the grafana dashboard will be based on an old version of the dashboard, i.e. the (usually dockerised) setup isn't deleted and rebuilt off main before adding the panel in grafana GUI, so yolo merging often leads to recent changes being lost.
