How to get a Permanent url to a raw file in a private repository?

Hi, I need a Permanent url to a file in my private repository. When I create a raw link, the url is only valid for 10mn:

So I have created a Personal Access Token (classic):

then I have tried to access it like this (with 1234567abcdefg being my Personal Access Token)
https://1234567abcdefg@raw.githubusercontent.com/GITHUB_ACCOUNT/REPOSITORY_NAME/BRANCH_NAME/FILE_NAME.EXTENTION_NAME

but when enter this url in a browser I get "404: Not Found". How can I get a Permanent link to my private repository? Regards

2 months after update: I have not found how to do that unfortunately, I wonder if it is even possible.
